With Spring around the corner, now is a great time to put into action any plans to improve your healthmand fitness. Longer, lighter and dryer days allow for more time to do the things we love outdoors as well as indoors.

Personal Training in the Park and Online

With the current coronavirus still very much prevalent and a worry for some, don't forget that Energise PT offer sessions not just in the gym but outdoors, in your home and now online. With the power of Zoom and Facebook Live Video and your online programming we can offer instructional training sessions and avoid disrupting your workout plans/goals. Buddy Up!

Semi Private Personal Training is available, for those looking to get some of the benefits of 121 at a fraction of the cost and have a friend or workout buddy to train alongside. For some 121 can feel daunting but having a friend with similar goals can give you the impetus you need to keep going and coming back to train harder. For more info click Here.

BabyFit is Back!

Returning to Shepton Mallet Leisure Centre on Thursday 23rd April

Interact with your little one, as you use their weight to tone and strengthen, and have fun stretching together. A great way to get back into fitness, while bonding with your baby.

Times: Thursdays, 9.30-10.15am Dates: Thurs 23 April - Thurs 21 May 2020 (5 weeks)

Cost: £20.00 for the 5 sessions (equiv £4.00 per session) or £16.00 for monthly or annual paying members. Call to reserve your place: 01749 346644

Yoga in the Park

If you want to boost your immune system, improve your mental health and start working on strengthening and toning up your body whilst soaking up some vitamin D, why not join me at Collett Park, Shepton Mallet for Yoga in the Park. These sessions will be run on a drop in basis £5/hr and are open to all ages (12 yrs and up) and abilities. Bring a mat (some mats will be available to borrow) a water bottle and layer up for the weather. Classes are still going ahead...

New block bookings of Yoga for Beginners and Yoga for Fitness will start back 14th and 15th April 2020. In the event of lock down / leisure centre closure, classes will continue either in the park or online via Zoom.

Yoga for Beginners/Improvers - 6 week block covering the principles of yoga asanas (poses), breath work and meditation £45.

Yoga for Fitness - If you have a fairly good level of fitness but want to improve both flexibility and body conditioning through Yoga then this 6 week block is for you £45.

Yoga Pass

If you find that your job prohibits you from attending a regular class why not consider a Yoga Pass. The pass comes in a book of 6 (expires after 3 months) or 12 sessions (expires after 6 months) and can be used to drop in and out of classes. Yoga Social I'm super excited to bring you a yoga and dinner social this month!

It will be a small intimate evening offering an hour's Yoga session followed by a dazzling array of middle eastern vegetarian food. Yoga Workshops

Since January we've had some amazing workshops, our next one on Mother's Day already fully booked and more to come in the pipeline! If you would like to attend/interested keep an eye out on my Energise Yoga page for the next one. These workshops range from 1-11/2hrs long and are a great way to try out Yoga and learn some of the other techniques used with Yoga to improve our mind and body.
