In the past, I have trained for triathlons and running events, as well as competed in martial arts (Judo and Tae Kwon Do) and  bodybuilding. However,  I now prefer to work on strength, flexibility and mindfulness through weight training, yoga and other training disciplines such as Barre, Somatics, Qigong and Tai Chi.

Being a working single mum I appreciate that time is valuable and that prioritising yourself often leaves you last on the list of all your other priorities. However, you soon realise that if you don't prioritise your fitness and in turn your physical health, then your mental health takes a battering and you are no good to anyone. The idea of investing time and money into yourself may seem selfish, but it's a necessity to create a stronger, more confident and happier person. 


I see this process reflected time and again in the clients I see. All too often we take a backseat for everyone else's needs except our own, until one day we wake up and ask "what about me?"

I  want to change that. I don't think "getting fit" is just about an aesthetic. I think it is so many things, it's improving our mental health, it's reducing pain in our bodies, it's finding better movement and mobility, it's understanding how to properly fuel ourselves for longevity, not just for a 12 week beach body transformation, it's reversing decades of poor health and most importantly it's about creating stronger, more flexible and happier humans. That's not much to ask for ourselves.

To help improve strength, mobility and flexibility whilst reducing joint/muscular pain through a number of training methods in a way that works intuitively with your body
