I am also a mum to 2 boys.
In the past, I have trained for triathlons and running events, as well as competed in martial arts (Judo and Tae Kwon Do). However, I now prefer to work on strength and flexibility through weight training, yoga and barre, as well as a bit of HiiT thrown in!
