Welcome to this 5 part course to teach you the basics to create support and strength in your yoga practice. As a Personal Trainer and Yoga instructor, I created this course to help you to understand the ways in which strength training can benefit not just your practice but also your body and mind. Working on those areas which are weaker, because yoga simply does not target these muscles from a strength perspective (think hamstrings, biceps etc) and re-balancing the body for a fitter, healthier and stronger version of you! Each day we will build your practice through targeting specific areas of the body culminating in a workout and powerful asana practice
