
Really excited to announce my one day mini wellbeing retreat at The Energise Wellbeing Studio.
Taking place 20th February 10am-4pm with limited places.
This mini retreat will get you reset, reinvigorated and ready to face the world. Combining a mixture of yoga, strength and conditioning, mobility training and outdoor walking as well as a nourishing buffet lunch.
You will be welcomed on arrival with a choice of herbal teas, tea or coffee of your choice. Meeting each other and shown around the studios. We will then settle down into a gentle vinyasa opening practice with a focus on breath work, mantra and chant. In our next session we will work on the core, mobility, strength and flexibility on a dynamic session.
Then an opportunity to get out in the fresh air for a walk with views towards Glastonbury Tor and across Evercreech. Followed by lunch.
We will continue our yoga practice moving into a power yoga session and finally complete the afternoon with a restorative yoga practice and a chance to completely relax.
All guests will receive a small goody bag to take home.
