Change your Mindset, Change your Life

How many times have you caught yourself saying "I wish I could do that", "if only i had time" or "i wouldn't know where to start" and as such, you never do. The only problem is, are you then going to look back and think, "I wish I had done <<xyz>>"

So many of us, including myself at one time, place these invisible barriers in our way to justify not starting, to not having the confidence to just try, to weighing up the thing you want to do against the everyday demands of life.

But can you think back to a time, maybe in your teens, 20s or 30s where you thought you'd never overcome a certain challenge in life and yet you got through it? Or, maybe on the flip side, was there a time in your earlier part of life that you didn't go for something that you realise on reflection you could have easily done?

Lacking confidence, overthinking the what ifs, seeing only the potential things that could go wrong, the lack mindset, even the simple ability of turning everything into a negative "Nothing ever goes my way", " everyone else always seem to have all the luck", "if i had money I to could - look;afford;have.."

What if, anything you want is possible, simply by changing the rhetoric in your head?

Because it truly is.

Believing you deserve a strong, healthy, confident body

Believing you deserve abundance in your life, whether in money, love, family or career

Understanding, that how you talk to yourself, can quite literally transform the potential in your life

These statements are all true.

If you have sat in a lack mindset, a place of overwhelm or despair and you truly want to change this and turn your life around start focusing on your words and actions.

Imagine you were given your friend's mind and body to look after.

How would you treat it?

How would you speak to it?

What would you do to get the most of that mind and body?

Would you speak positively or negatively to it?

Would you nourish it or feed it junk?

Would you move it in ways that made it feel alive or would you lounge around on a sofa all day?

Would you ensure it got enough rest or would you overwork and burn it out?

Part of what I work on with clients is their mindset. You can have a great body, but if your mindset is in the dumpster then it wont stay looking great for very long. You can seemingly have all the material possessions most would want (nice car, house, lovely kids/pets, latest phone) but still be fraught with stress and anxiety. What if I could give you the tools to not only build a strong and healthy body, but also a mind that nothing can shake!

We have maybe 80-100 years of this life. We can choose to make the most of every day or watch it wash away, never truly realising our potential. If you are at a crossroads in life and what to make a lasting change, then the first step, which will be the scariest step, will also probably be the most exciting step you take towards a happier and more fulfilled future, by choosing you before everyone else.
