When I speak to clients I emphasis the fact that how they speak to themselves, how they nourish themselves and how they consistently turn up for themselves is key.
It's not always possible to do it all. I know. I have failed multiple times. You will no doubt have failed also. But it's how you get back up and change the rhetoric you tell yourself that makes the difference. It's the small habits you implement. It's the people you surround yourself with. It's the media you are willing to feed yourself. You have choices.
Having the right tools to put in place when we fall is key and more important than the idea that everyone is constantly motivated and "on it".
