***CELEBRATING A YEAR OF RUNNING MY OWN STUDIO***
From starting out my PT business 5 years ago to running my own studio offering personal training, yoga, online training, workshops and retreats, has been amazing.
I have always said to myself since taking the leap into being a self employed PT business "that the worst that can happen is it fails"And so I have just gone for it. When a client asked why I didn't have my own studio (having been working at clients homes, outdoors in gyms and throughout lockdown) I realized it was a good question.
Everyone has been incredibly supportive in the set up of the studio. Being able to provide all the services I want under one roof has made complete sense and has provided a safe, supportive space for clients to come and focus on themselves.
I always say to my clients that the most important person is themselves. Focussing on making themselves stronger both mentally and physically, improving their flexibility and finding happiness ( or contentment) within is more important than anyone else. If we are not truly happy or at peace with ourselves then we are doing ourselves a disservice.
I have met a wide range of clients, even in just this past year. They are proof of human resilience and a willingness to better themselves by investing in themselves.
I look forward to the year ahead, despite whatever challenges lay ahead, I know it will be worth it.
Has it been hard work? Yes of course. Will I give up? I think you know the answer to that. 😊
Thank you always for your love, support and to my clients, your commitment to #BetheChange
